On June 26, the European Parliament’s Internal Market and Consumer Protection Committee organised a Digital Single Market workshop on Online Service Providers and the limited liability regime of the E-Commerce Directive. The workshop considered whether the Directive is still fit for purpose, given that it is 17 years old, and whether a revision of the Directive is necessary.
